Construction Details:

I had just enough fabric left over from my Winter uniform to make this blouse, and with the exception of the sleeves, I used the same patterns. The middy braid was surprisingly hard to find :P The bow, brooch, skirt, socks and shoes are the same as my Winter uniform :)

Personal Thoughts:

Puffed sleeves make everything cuter. I made this blouse a bit shorter than my last and I think the fit is a lot better :)
