About this Costume
Construction Details:
The overall construction of the costume was pretty simple. The dress is a combo of cotton, canvas and poplin and the threading details are upholstery cording the I hand sewed in. All the weathering was done with pain, fabric markers, a rotary tool and FIRE! Seriously, I burned a good chunk of the costume to make sure it wouldn't fray and it also left some nice color detailing if you look up close.

The pants are linen and were detailed the same way as the dress, aka MORE FIRE! The arm warmer is poplin since I wanted to make it as stiff as possible. I made all the vinyl straps myself and detailed and weathered it the same as the rest.

The pouches were the only real pain in the butt to this costume and I'm still not done with the backpack. In fact, I'll probably end up redoing it for the next con because looking at it makes me mad. Good thing it's on my back! lol But the brown, tan and black pieces of the 3 pouches are various vinyls and the grey pouch is the same poplin as the arm warmer. They were, again, detailed the same way everything else was. Was getting really tired of cell shading at this point. lol

The dynamite sticks are wood wrapped in suede straps and painted. The timer is foam but I hope to remake that piece with something more authentic. The dynamite also detaches from the belt so I can use it as a prop! Yay! The bunny watch is super shitty since i can't sculpt to save my life; but it was made with Sculpty and sits on a real watch. Yes, it is a functional watch! The orange wristband came from Crunchyroll because Crunchyroll is CRUNK! Socks and tights were painted and so were the shoes.

The lovely WindoftheStars made the psycho mask and I made the straps. My friend Ruka made the bunny pin that goes on the backpack, which I then put on the wrong side because I'm a loser.
Personal Thoughts:
I've loved Tiny Tina since they first showed a trailer of her. Not only did I love her miss-matched design but her personality is just ridiculously fun and very much me. Not to mention I've been an Ashley Burch fan since the beginning of HAWP. This costume was a long time coming to say the least.
