Each of the "castle hems" as I dubbed them is lined AND weighted to keep them from flipping up. Dress is made from bottomweight with white trim and yellow bias tape.
- Personal Thoughts:
- So much pain with this costume but it was fun to wear with my lovely Ultear! <3
