What a difference doubling circle skirts can make as opposed to normal pleated skirts!

Personal Thoughts:

I wasn't completly happy with my first V cosplay, and since it is a character } want to wear at more than one con I though "hey, might as well remake it!" But instead of redoing the manga version I opted to recreate the version from PGSM instead. I think it has a lot of little details added to it that really enhance the character design.

I love the Sailor V in both the show and manga so much! Being my second favorite character from the series wanting to put a lot of dedication and energy into it was easy.
