About this Costume
Construction Details:
Wig- it's a kagura wig from fantasy sheep,circa 2011?

hat- The hat is made from broadcloth, and was a gathered circle. I took parts of a newsboy cap pattern for the brim. The feathers are from Michaels, and were hand stitched on.

jacket- The jacket was made from broadcloth, I copied one of my cardigans and altered it to be shorter and rounder on the front. I made the piping by cutting strips of quilting batting, sewing them together, and then sewing them in between my bias tape. I then put the bias tape sewn onto the edges and sleeves. The lower sleeve detail was sewn with two pieces of the design and quilting batting, then top stitched on. The arm guards are made of broadcloth and stiff interfacing, fastened with Velcro; I actually drew the design on with a marker 8D;;

skirt- I made an elastic waistband skirt, and used bias tape for the design.

necklace- I'm going to post my progress picture of my necklace because it got paint on it during the car ride to the shoot ;3; That's why I'm not wearing it in the pictures

shirt- I made it sleeveless, and used broadcloth. I used Velcro, contour darted the back and front. It was still a bit baggy >>;;

belt- I used broadcloth and just sewed a rectangle. I used the loop from a bunch of bracelets from Walmart.

backpack- I used broadcloth, stiff interfacing, anti-pill fleece (the pink parts), and some nylon straps. I used a metal zipper to close it.

I already had the boots.

Personal Thoughts:
Atelier Lise is from the same world as the Atelier series of games, and was the predecessor to Atelier Annie. I fell in love with it, and had this cosplay on the backlog.

It was recently that a few of my friends wanted to do Atelier cosplay too, so I was really happy and finally made it!
