Construction Details:

All I made was the shirt, and that was basically just rectangles of fabric patched together. Pretty much all the stitching on this is visible, because Rose's fashion sense (bless her heart) came from the time when seeing the seams on a shirt was considered really cool - I had a shirt with the same "inside out" effect in elementary school. The small patches on the left side are heat 'n bond with topstitching. The side of the shirt with buttonholes has interfacing in it for support, since that fabric was a very floppy jersey knit. All the buttons were hand-sewn on because I don't think there's a way to put shank buttons on with a machine. The pants, earrings, and shoes were pre-owned. The watch belongs to my dad. I got the wig from Lauren (vintageaerith) and added Rose's roots with a sharpie - Jay later added a more and trimmed the wig to Rose's second season hair length.

Personal Thoughts:

Rose Tyler is my forever girl and all the haters can jump into a black hole (I was supposed to have a Ten with me, but alas his tailored suit had to be sent back and he was unable to join me).
