Personal Thoughts:

Although not in the original artwork, I made this costume based on the Moulin Rouge designs by MADHANZ. My original choice was Jasmine (which I still plan on making) but choosing Esmeralda gave me the chance to be creative. I used Esmeralda's red performance dress for inspiration. While I could have gone with the default (again) I thought that the red was more appropriate for the theme. ^_^
