- Personal Thoughts:
- Like many people, I grew up with Sailor Moon. When I found out a friend's group needed a Sailor Neptune I volunteered because she's my favorite outer scout and I've been meaning to make a Sailor Moon costume.
I used SparklePipsi's tutorial heavily for my costume!
My tiara is made by windofthestars and my gem was made by Dulcinea, both on Etsy.
