Construction Details:

The blouse was a regular long sleeve shirt which I cut the sleeves off. Arm warmers were a pair of knee-high socks. Skirt and bag were made from scratch. The belt I already owned and I bought the thigh highs. The hat was a white one that I painted blue.

The velvet room logo on it was made with a circle piece of wood with another piece glued on top in the shape of a "V".

Wig was my Gakuko wig that has been cut.

Boots I borrowed from my sister.
