Construction Details:

The jacket (made from a heavily altered pattern) and skirt are ivory crepe and the yellow edging is satin bias tape (THAT I MADE BY HAND IT WAS AWFUL). The yellow and red loosely fleur-de-lis designs are heat and bonded on with satin stitching around the edge (for the larger pieces) and just heat and bonded for the small ones. The buttons are shank buttons covered with the same fabric that I used to make the bias tape. The boots are white stretch fabric with the same yellow cloth cut on a bias for the edging. The boots were made following the dangerous-ladies tutorial (on tumblr). Headband is the same white crepe as the jacket/skirt with interfacing for shape and white elastic that goes under the wig. Gloves and tights were pre-owned, and the wig is my Yuuko wig.
