Construction Details:

A lot of craft paint was used to create the cell shaded look of this costume. I hand painted a white stocking over a leg mannequin that I acquired.

The hat was made super last minute in the hotel room!

Personal Thoughts:

I already made Mad Moxxi once, so I decided I had to do her again in her new duds from Borderlands 2. I remade almost every part of the costume, the most time consuming being doing a new jacket in purple stretch knit. I used the same techniques as last time, but tried to be neater with me construction. I used shaped hoop skirt boning in the tails to keep the jacket's shape.
