Construction Details:

The dress pattern was a basic early-90's party dress pattern. The puffy bits were bands of fabric that were gathered and tacked onto the sleeves. The belt was interfaced with buttons in the back.

Personal Thoughts:

My first cosplay that I participated in the making of(age 7). Up until then I had just picked out fabrics.

Although I did not end up sewing the costume, I did end up collecting the reference pictures, breaking down the components of the costume, designing/patterning how to do the puffy bits on the arms/feet, picking out the materials, and painted the belt design. I hadn't quite got the grasp of posing for the camera yet...
