Construction Details:

Costume satin for the top, cotton skirt, and pleather belt. Used glitter tool and had the choker light up as well as the headphones and the skirt.

Personal Thoughts:

Another earlier made costume. Looking at it now I'd do a lot of things differently but overall really liked how it came out in the end.
