all the navy blue is left over fabric from akko, reflective-y stripes are ribbon, hats made from a thick interfacing, belts and hat brim and black vest details from pleather. the bow made from cotton and a lot of interfacing, but still flopped by the end of the day!

- I WILL NEVER PROCRASTINATE THIS MUCH ON A COSTUME AGAIN
