The top is a bought corset, which I altered to add the straps, neck, and string attachments (pleather). The skirt is pleater. The red fabric was on sale and beautiful! It has a crushed velvet feel.
I styled the beautiful wig as well - sewed in the red fabric (wrong side) and the flower!
