Most of this is altered. Top was a bandeau bra, with the blue rope material and belt loops glued on. Bought fishnets and socks and borrowed boots. The rest (gloves, arm bands, belt) were small crafting and painting jobs.
The headband was fun! I folded some fabric, glued on a string of green beads and put feathers on the end of the beads.
