Construction Details:

She is made out of car Vynil, cotton and joy! Took about a month of non-stop working to put her together.
I had never really made a hat before, and oddly enough that was the part I was most worried about when setting out to do this cosplay.

Personal Thoughts:

Penguindrum is one of the most magical shows I have ever watched, and the Princess of Crystal has the coolest outfit ever. I was up for something ambitious and took this on for Otakuthon 2013.
