About this Costume
Construction Details:
Cardboard galore. Silver Spray Paint. Football Shoulder pads. Lacrosse Goal Keep Mask. Extra hair from my Winry costume. Roller blading pads. purple cloth for lion cloth. Glue gun. Glue. Utility Knife. elastic. velcro. foam sheets. oh, and styrofoam cones and balls.

I think that about covers it.
I really am not sure where I started with this. It just happened. I built the head which prolly took me a week. Card board and glue and a cone. I added some hair which i spray painted silver. since this is the brotherhood addition he is missing most of his long pony tail.

The arms and legs were the easiest. I used the roller skating knee and elbow pads and I glued on styrofoam balls cut in half and hollowed out. I then added baby styrofoam cones to the balls. (spraypainted silver!)The arms and legs were made with guess what? Card Board! I used elastic to hold things together. These parts just slip on over your limbs and sit in place. The boots were made of cardboard as well, obvs, and i used that green foam sheet for the bendy part with short styrofoam cones for the spikes.

The body was the hardest. I built the frame on top of a football shoulder pad. I added green foam for around the neck and obvs sprayed silver along with the cones and shoulder straps.

not sure how i made the body. i know that sucks but it literally just happened. i just kept tinkering and well its complete.

For my next alphonse I'll take better notes and pictures.
Personal Thoughts:
Currently retired but will live again!! I am planning on remaking him. His arms head and knees are still intact. I have new ideas on how to make her bigger and better than before!! I made this outfit for my boyfriend to wear to Ohayocon 2012. We had a blast!
