Construction Details:

I would like to say that I did not make this outfit. I bought her sari. I would like to make one eventually just to prove to myself that I can do it with all the details and such. I did adjust the sari a bit so that it would fit me. I added some buttons and restitched some areas.

However, I did make all her jewelry (11-13 bracelets with glassbeads, 2 necklaces (one made with beads, the other with fimo clay and red ribbon), earings (made with fimo clay), and the armband I made with a few color strands of leather that I braided together and fastened with a button.

I also made her black crop top starting with an existing tank top I had.

I made her boots from dark vinyl(?)(I forget which fabric I used) I added eyelits and buttons for the straps. These boots are covers and slip over flipflops so that I have a sole.

Fang's Double Bladed Lance: Yes, I made it! :)
I'm very proud to say I made Fang's lance. Took a long time and I need to redo it since the con. I have new ideas to make it better. But for the first go and making a prop, I'm very pleased. I used pvc for the pole with chain running thru the middle so when the pieces untwist the parts stay together and can fold up. I used velcro so straps it to my back all folded so I could walk thru the con halls. Along with pvc I used wood spindle tops (like from a banister) there were what held the blades, which I made using craftfoam. I then used a gold paint pen to write Fang's name. (I'm in the processing of having a friend (Samaru) make wood blades for me for the lance) The actual pole is painting and covered with polyurethane to seal it. (the paint and sealant dont want to stay - like I said before I have new ideas for the next lance making)

Personal Thoughts:

super fun outfit! Fang is a great character in the game with a ton a cool moves plus i really enjoy her back story and how her character develops through the game. (also shes got an awesome accent!)
