Construction Details:

This costume was made with country cotton broadcloth. The hat is lined with craft foam to give it the sturdy look. The waves on the dress are painted on.

Personal Thoughts:

Juvia is my favorite character in Fairy Tail, and I loved wearing this costume to many conventions.
