About this Costume
Construction Details:
I don't know how this costume didn't kill me. I made a full body suit in green wet-look spandex and then cut the sides out on my dressform so they laid the way I needed. I then enclosed the open edges in double fold bias tape. Once that was finished, I had a friend help me pin strips of ribbon across the sides so the suit sat tight. Once those were secured, I sewed a single fold bias tape along the middle of the ribbons. I made the gloves by tracing my arm and leaving openings at the fingers.
Personal Thoughts:
Viper/Madame Hydra is one of my favorite characters from Marvel comics and I was so excited to see her represented on film, I just had to cosplay her. They changed the character pretty dramatically from what I know, but I thought it was an interesting and original enough take to make her her own character and I am honored to be the first to cosplay her look from The Wolverine (2013)

Medium Wavy without Bangs

dirty blonde

Styling Notes
I basically took small sections from the front of the wig and twisted them back over the top and sides to create the snakelike appearance from the movie and secured them with blonde bobbypins.
