Construction Details:

dress is wrong side out micro suede, a trick i learned from firelily (holy crap women i see why you like using the wrong side so much!) self lined and about 7 yards of organza for the pettycoat, its even scalloped. i lost my orginal stockings, as i had painted them properly so i had to use my stand in at Otakon.
