Construction Details:

95% just bought costume (shirt, skirt, socks, shoes, headband, earrings, wig, tie, etc). Still need to stitch the school letters on the shirt pocket.
Skirt was a long Pendleton that was hemmed and painted. If I were to revamp it I would stitch the stripes on instead, but it looks pretty nice regardless.

Personal Thoughts:

Wig is a little off for what I paid for it, especially hot glue showing and fibers shedding, but I knew I was too afraid to tackle it, so I didn't mind too much.
