Construction Details:

Pretty simple costume. The he is actually napkin hemmed with fishing line to give it the shape (you'll see in full length photos, as I just have the one now). The circles are embroidered. Sleeves are poofy sleeves with biased tape attached. Not sure how I feel about them, but I wanted to do something different.

Personal Thoughts:

I styled the wig and had the fabric, figured WHY NOT.
