Non is another candidate for the next queen of the magic world,so she is a rival of Meg in the human world. She is quite snobbish and despises humans but she sometimes actually helps Meg out when she is in trouble, because, according to her, she does not want to lose her only rival and win the place of the queen in a stupid way. Her costume, the same for all the episodes of the serie, is a classic 70's dress, not very difficult, infact the most important thing of Noa's cosplay is undubtly the white maquillage of the face and of the hands.
