Construction Details:

I made the top with a stretch knit fabric~ It's fully lined so it gets incredibly hot (especially since I live in FL)~ The skirt is houndstooth and I had too much fun pleating~!

The fan was purchased and I painted the wooden parts red~ Stockings and headband were also bought~ I trimmed the black wig a bit too short so I'll be replacing it~
