Personal Thoughts:

My second Project Diva outfit! Yay! I'm getting sadly addicted to them now, I'm sure to make more >_>;; And yes, I shot this at a school lol.

The skirt and the bow tie were both sewn & made from scratch by me. The top was altered from an existing cardigan and the socks were also altered to have the stripes added on. So all in all it wasn't too hard! (I'm very pleased that my shoes, hairclip and bracelet were all completely accurate too).
