Construction Details:

I originally made this costume back in 2005 for Halloween, but I was horribly unhappy with it. So for Otakon this year I remade it almost completely. The only thing I reused from the first costume was the bows and boots. I made the leotard pattern and Hailo did the skirt and collar patterns (she did Sailor Saturn). My Time Key staff was awesome, it was fairly simple, but a lot of work. Its made mostly of styrofoam, paper clay, and craft foam. It all comes apart too for transportation. The gems were resin.

Personal Thoughts:

Im just so glad I finally got this costume right. Sailor Pluto has been my favorite Scout since I was a kid!
