About this Costume
Construction Details:
The horns are made of Sculpey III and have sculpted foam on the inside to add stability. They are held onto the wig by two Alice barrettes each and can be removed.

This was my first time doing a wig so making it short enough without showing the weft was really difficult.

The pacifier is made of a styrofoam ball used for floral arrangements. It's coated with five layers of acrylic paint and has a real pacifier crazy glued inside of it.
The bib is based off of a pattern for a child sized one. It had to be enlarged, altered and a new pattern made for the yellow "petals" on the edge. It fastens with velcro. It's made of flannel and fleece and the 'B' is hand embroidered around the edge.

The suit itself is made of non-pill fleece. It has a hidden zipper in the front, dropped crotch, non-skid gripper material on the feet, fitted elastic around the ankles, removable velcro mittens and black fleece plush wings that snap on the back.

The wings were made by layering buckram and cotton and are probably my favorite part of the costume
Personal Thoughts:
If you've seen the series then you know he's naked most of the time except for the 4th ending where he's in a demonesque PJ set. I love the song and the outfit and decided to give it a go.
