Construction Details:

HEAVILY modified Vogue pattern. I had an issue finding/choosing the correct colors, but in the end I had to decide and I think I got pretty close. o.o;;;
Tank top and shorts were bought and modified for this.
Boots came to me an inch or two higher around the leg and black in color. I chopped them down and gave them a coat of brown and then the yellow inner zipper/stripe.
Orange fabric is a nice orange miliskin from Spandex World.
Thank GOD my friend left her airbrush at my place, because it was PERFECT for getting the gradient on the underskirt. The heart was stenciled out and painted with fabric paint. Pouch was a super close little purse I found at Target, painted brown to match and then puff painted the design on.

I have no words for how ashamed I am of this prop. :/ I waited until the last minute and spit out the bases in a night and then painted them the day before the con. WORST IDEA EVER. They're terrible and a horrible waste of Worbla. Ugh.
HOWEVER, Junkers Cosplay was INCREDIBLY helpful in the fact he blogged about his own (GORGEOUS) build. Also, I managed to find an amazing folder of references and break aparts of the pieces.

But mine still look miserable.

Personal Thoughts:

I instantly fell in love with RWBY the moment Ruby's trailer came out and I had to force myself to wait to see every character before I let myself make a choice on which to do.
As soon as Yellow was released, I had was glad I waited. :3
