Construction Details:

Really easy, just a shirt from a thrift store, sewn two rows of ruffles onto it, sprayed my wig to get the flip, and had everything else~

Personal Thoughts:

I love Teddie~ so when I had a con coming up, I decided I should pull together a cosplay~! I really had fun as him too!
