Construction Details:

The top is a gorgeous lolita blouse from Anna House.

The skirt is made in panels and topstitched to mimic the TARDIS's paneled design. They're trapezoidal rather than square, but I wanted the A-line silhouette! I printed the Police Call Box sign onto transfer paper and ironed it onto the white panel (which is actually a pocket!) The skirt is high-waisted and shirred at the back, and then laces up over the shirring.

The hat is made from styrofoam covered in the skirt fabric and attaches with black sateen ties. The light on top is made from fabric as well and there is a LED hidden in it so I can light it up if I want to!

The bowtie is a black sateen and just pins on. The gloves I had already, and the boots were purchased.
