Construction Details:

The hoopskirt was made of 1/4'' PVC tubing and strips of fabric (as well as duct tape to hold it in place). There's around 4-5 layers of black fabric, 2 layers of satin with 2-3 layers of tulle on top. The bow was soaked in fabric glue in order to stiffen and hold its shape. The rose headdress was made by burning the edge of the fabric for a wilted texture, before rolling it and sewing the bottom to make a fabric rose. All in all, this costume took about a month and a half to make.

Personal Thoughts:

My first female cosplay, completely handmade save for the embellishments, which I purchased from various sellers on ebay. I absolutely love Vocaloid, and Luka's design is probably my favorite.
