Construction Details:

Pretty much the same as the rest of my Hetalia military uniforms. The undershirt was store-bought, and I made the tie the night before this shoot 'cuz I couldn't find mine ^^;

Personal Thoughts:

Grumpy but cute, Romano is a character I never thought I would ever cosplay. Oh, how times have changed... :)
