90% my old Sailor Moon costume. Made a new back bow and choker, changed boot tops and tada!

- Oh god the tears. I took my main knee length Sailor Moon wig and wrapped/spun/braided/changed it to be short and have the barrel curls that matched Venus without having to cut/get a new wig.
