Construction Details:

The blade was made from two layers of foam board while the handle was four. I carved the blade details straight into the foam board with both a pen and a exact-o knife... both worked fairly well... slapped the whole thing with that wall stuff you use to cover holes, then sanded and painted it by hand... HAHA. Oh, also there were some details that i used puffy paint and craft foam for.

Personal Thoughts:

This was actually meant for a contest, but i enjoyed wearing this costume so much... so... yeah!
