Construction Details:

Purchased the wig from E-bay then cut & styled the bangs. I went with a wig that better matched her hair color in the manga.. though in the manga she has green eyes o.o
Purchased the horns on E-bay from user: feralcreations and sewed them into the wig. I used this cosplayers idea here: http://www.cosplay.com/photo/2584702/ Glued some felt to the horns and sewed them into the wig.
Pink shirt from wal-mart.
Sewed the gray dress myself.
Bought the thigh high socks online.
Red shoes from Payless.
Contacts are from color lens 4 less & they are Blood Red Crazy Contact Lens.

Personal Thoughts:

I had to cosplay the older version of Nyu/Lucy because I freakin love Elfen Lied =p I needed a simple cosplay to do 1 month before A-kon, always wanted to cosplay her older version so here ya go. The hair color differs from the anime because I used a wig that better matches her hair color in the manga~
