Construction Details:

Each strip of leather is individual and then sewn together. It took several mock ups to get the shape of each strip right. It also took a lot of trial and error to get the wrinkles in the green parts right, and quite a bit of effort to put in each stud (each stud has to be pressed in by hand). Overall, the construction was painful and took way longer than this deceptively simple dress lets on.
