Construction Details:

The jacket was a real challenge for me since I had to draft a pattern from scratch for the first time. I used a lot of posterboard taped to my dressform to get all the collars right. For the upper sleeves I make a big paper ball in the shape I wanted and used the plastic wrap pattern method. The sleeves have four pieces each. I used fusible foam stabilizer for most of the jacket and sleeves so they would keep the right shape.
I also made the patterns for the gloves and codpiece myself ^^
The armor is all craft foam and Rub n Buff.
