Construction Details:

Candy hat - 4 layers paper mache, 1 layer rigid wrap, paper clay for the frosting and the swirl (which took about 30 minutes to sculpt to get it looking the way I wanted). Sprinkles are model magic, candle is an actual candle I painted. Frosting & swirl are painted w/4 different shades of pink to achieve the gradient I wanted.
Jacket - was running short on time so I bought one and modded it. I want to go back and actually make one out of a pink metallic thats closer to the the actual design
Skirt - following the tutorial our Vanellope/AntiAi-Chan used for her skirt (as Candlehead has the same style), used a pink denim with the pink trim sewn on first and then attached Decor-bond to the underside and made the pleats. Could be neater and I'll have to go back and reiron them but for a first time I'm pleased with the look.
shirt - bought and painted with fabric paints mixed to achieve the right colors
leggings - bought and painted on the dots

Personal Thoughts:

This is definitely BY FAR the most girly thing I have ever made, SO MUCH PINK.But it was actually a lot of fun to make and even more fun to wear with my friends in the Sugar Rush group - can't wait to wear it out again!

Styling Notes

just trimmed up the bangs to be straight across, very easy styling job.
