I think I found the blue fabric in the upholstery section to be honest, I'm not sure what it is, but its nice and thick, and it pleats/irons well.

Funny story; this outfit happened because I was sewing a Super Sailor Moon cosplay, and everything wasn't coming together so I decided to make Usagi's school uniform instead. Well than my wig was also a pain, so I fixed up my old Sailor V wig and went as Minako instead. Although I love Minako, I can't wait to wear it as Usagi!

Styling Notes

I butchered the bangs a long time ago when I cut them. So last time I ordered from Arda I grabbed a short clip in bang in Ash Blonde to match, fixed it right up instantly! Next time I'll probably sew them in, and remove the old bangs because they popped through once in a while :S

Wig Review

Wig tangles really easily and is not very soft/silky, but this is from their older wig collection so that is probably why. Styles easier this way though.
