Construction Details:

Most of it was assembly................. Though I did spray paint the hard parts of the pads by covering them with newspaper and stuffing the excess paper between the fabric pad and the plastic then ripping the paper away to only reveal the hard plastic part of the pads. Worked pretty well. Also the black knee covers come from cut offs of pants that I saved.. .

Personal Thoughts:

Lots of fun! Just didn't expect the packs and pads to bruise as much as they did by the end of the con.
