Personal Thoughts:

My daughter is a huge Sailor Moon fan girl. I wanted to do mother and daughter cosplay with her. Rather than do the normal Sailor Moon and Chibusa pairing I wanted to do something a bit more different. So I decided to make her the child version of Queen Nehelenia that appears in episode 172 of Sailor Moon Sailor Stars so that she can match my grown up version of Queen Nehelenia.

The character design was alter somewhat because I felt that a four year old needed to have a bit of modesty. I raised the sweetheart neckline and changed the open back to a closed one.

This was my daughters very first time cosplaying and she thoroughly enjoyed herself. She had lots of fun.
