Personal Thoughts:

I didn't have much to go by since this character was only in a few frames of the manga and maybe a couple seconds of the anime's last episode. But I've always wanted to cosplay a villain, so why not a psychotic empress?

This costume also allowed me to play with different fabrics and texture combinations. While I'm still uncomfortable using a variety of textures, I'm glad that it worked out.
