Construction Details:

Outer haori is dupioni silk, inner kimono is faux dupioni, flowers are all free-hand painted on with a silver paint pen. Obi and bow are faux dupioni and the leaves are all individually hand painted on with a blend of Lumiere paints. The mask was a lot of layers of trial and error, but ended up being cardboard > two failed layers of model magic > a thin layer of rigid wrap > and finally plaster of paris sanded to hell and back. Horns are model magic formed over some foil and pained with gold and silver leaf. Petals on the headdress were dip dyed by hand, and flowers on the mask were pink flowers painted with a blend of Lumiere paints. Staff was made from wood and detachable in the middle, painted with gold leaf.
