Construction Details:

Stupid easy costume. The hardest part was styling the wig--the big ponytail flippy kind of deflated over the course of the day, but oh well.

Personal Thoughts:

My original plans for AB didn't work out, so I threw together Asahina instead! Dangan Ronpa is fun--I don't think I'll ever cosplay it again, but I enjoyed being swimmer donut girl for a day.

Styling Notes

I used a whole lot Got2b in this wig. I also made a wire "plug" by folding over flat jewelry wire over and over into a 1-2 inch chunk, which I inserted into the ponytail and secured to the rest of the wig by threading the loose ends throughout the wefts. This kept it upright pretty well. The big ponytail flip did fall over the course of the day from a big question mark looking swoop to a more relaxed curl, but that didn't bother me all that much.

Wig Review

The Jeannie is huge and you NEED to secure it to your head somehow or it'll slide around and bug you all day. It took to styling well but it's just not comfortable to wear.
