Construction Details:

Take a black pencil skirt. While wearing it, carefully pin lots and lots and lots of safety pins on. Have a friend help you pin near the bottom when you can't reach. Fill in any holes with tiny chibi plushies (like phone strap ones). Wear some Jefferey Campbell shoes, your cutest wig, and a sequined top. Done and done. Enjoy.

Personal Thoughts:

This is my homage to Lady Gaga and Nicki Minaj. I love Rilakkuma more than Hello Kitty, and wanted to do Gaga's kitty dress. Nicki Minaj has several photos with herself and Rilakkuma, and I personally have a HUGE collection of Rilakkuma (Enough to make a dress soon!). If you look close, there's also some Toki Doki friends in there ;3
