Construction Details:

The fabrics i choose for the dress were Swimsuit lining in white and mirror organza for the wings. While i would like to say all of the beadwork was handsewn on it was not i used hot glue instead(... never use hot glue). The staff was the most fun to make because it lights up

Personal Thoughts:

I really do like the design of the character, and she is extremely fun to cosplay

Styling Notes

the maximum size the chibi goes up to is 23 in. i needed it to go up to 23.5 so i cut into the cap around the outer edge and added a piece of elastic to it. I then sewed on a weft piece to hide the elastic. The factory postion of the pigtails needed to be changed which takes forever to do in my opinion.
