Construction Details:

I made the shorts from scratch but the shirt was just a t-shirt I modified. Headband was homemade also.

Personal Thoughts:

Tracey is probably one of my favorite Pokemon characters. I stumbled across a cheap Sasuke wig for $10 one day and decided to pick it up and turn it into a Tracey wig and that's where the idea was born.

Since the costume was quickly thrown together, I decided to de-modify the shirt and donate it and take apart the shorts to salvage material for another costume.
