Construction Details:

It comes down to how each Doctor is represented.
First Doctor: monocle from costume store on black ribbon
Second Doctor: houndstooth skirt from Goodwill
Third Doctor: ruffled shirt
Fourth Doctor: arm-warmers based on his original scarf
Fifth Doctor: knitted celery
Sixth Doctor: umbrella based on his coat
Seventh Doctor: umbrella handle
Eighth Doctor: green velvet shrug
Ninth Doctor: black leather corset
Tenth Doctor: blue socks w/ red pinstripes, maroon Converse, brainy specs
Eleventh Doctor: bow tie
And then of course the TARDIS bag full of more goodies. But you'll have to check it out separately, because it is quite full.

Personal Thoughts:

I came up with this idea totally randomly. It may have been influenced by a cool sketch someone came up of a possible 12th Doctor that has something from each previous regeneration incorporated. But with the 50th anniversary of the show in 2013, I knew I had to do it!
